CARBOHYDRATES

– Contains 2 sources of carbohydrates, dextrose (in the form of glucose syrup) and sucrose. In fact, there are 3 types of carbohydrates, since sucrose is a source of glucose and sucrose. Carbohydrate intake during exercise improves performance (Cermak, N.M. et al., SM. 2013; Pochmuller, M. et al., JISSN. 2016)

– Carbohydrates during exercise, especially long-term (over 2.5 h), improve neuromuscular damage, and at the energy level, shorten the time of glycogen resynthesis (Viribay, A. et al. Nutrients. 2020)

BRANCHED-CHAIN ​​AMINO ACIDS (BCAA): intake of amino acids together with carbohydrates during training reduces the possibility of muscle damage (Valentine, R.J. et al. IJSEM.2008)

ARGININE: reduces lactate concentration and improves aerobic performance. Being a glucogenic amino acid, it can be used by the muscle as an additional source of energy.

TAVRIN: has antioxidant, metabolic and ergogenic effects, among others (Galloway, S.D.R. et al., JAP. 2008). It has been shown that its intake together with other ingredients improves muscle endurance during exercise (Hoffman, J.R. el al., JCSR. 2008). It stabilizes cell membranes by helping potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium to pass through them (Bouckenooghe, T. et al., CNMC.2006)
